About Mary Personal Care
Mary Personal Care is a Domiciliary Care Agency promoting high quality services for providing care to people who need personal assistance & support in achieving their maximum activities and capabilities of daily life. Home Care (also known as domiciliary Care) provides a wide range of services to help individuals who choose to remain living in their own home, safely and securely as possible. Choosing to receive a service (s) from Mary Personal Care, will greatly reduce the need to move into a retirement complex or care home.
Moreover, we currently focus on both the private and socially funded care market. It will concentrate on proving non regulated and regulated services to young and elderly people, people with physical disabilities, people with mental health problems, people with dementia and people who need Continuing Care or Palliative care, 24 live in care.
In addition, Mary Personal Care aims to recruit committed and compassionate people, care workers will be recruited carefully, they will be given mandatory training and induction before starting with their positions. They will be closely monitored by a senior member of staff with regard to their performance and will be given regular supervisions and appraisals.
The key to success for Mary Personal Care will be the quality of the service it will provide to its clients: trained and competent staff that will provide the service: continuous recruitment and hiring of new members of staff to maximise profits: marketing techniques, such as good advertising and PR to attract more clients in the target areas and a balanced controlled growth.

Mary Personal Care has advisors and consultants to assist in the day to day running of the business. It has a Business Development Advisor who will maintain regularly communication throughout; while contact will be via personal visits, telephone or email, to supervise and assist the business owner, giving any support that is required, advice with regard to any employment matters, assist with recruitment and website development and hosting.

Care Manager Rosemary Dralada
The qualified care manager has a wealth of knowledge in the medical and social care domains. She has helped individuals with complex needs, including those relating to disability, mental illness, dementia, the elderly, families, and children, in hospitals and residential settings for more than 29 years. Moreover, she has relevant educational credentials that will be extremely helpful to the community she serves.
Care Coordinator Emiria
The Care Coordinator has over 17 years of experience working in the health and social care sectors, including working in partnership with clients and families, responding to emergencies, listening to clients’ and families’ emotional experiences and bereavements, offering advice, and empowering clients in areas as needed. Above all, she is a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse.
